Paradigm Financial was founded by Desiree Blas with a focus on protecting families with personalized life insurance solutions. Our team of experts is dedicated to providing exceptional service and support to our clients and our agents.

Desiree Blas started working in the industry to assist families and educate them on financial services and how being proactive can make a huge impact on their lives. She's been in the industry since 2021 and has helped 600+ families in the process. Desiree believes that this business is one of the most impactful- for our clients and our agents. She is currently working with 10-15 new agents every month to help them get started and protect families.
